I have a Dell XPS13 9333 with Intel HD Graphics Family card running the most current driver hooked up via Dell USB3.0 (DisplayLink) docking station running the most current driver to a large Samsung monitor. When I try to launch the Hoyle Card Games Collection through the docking station/Samsung monitor I get an error message "Open GL 2.0 does not seem to be supported by this system. You may need to update your graphics drivers to use this software". Note - all drivers are current.

When I undock the laptop from the docking station the software runs OK. When I plug the laptop back into the docking station it displays on the Samsung and runs OK also. When I close the program while in the docking station it closes OK but will not launch again (getting the same error as above) until I undock it and then everything is OK.

I have tried running the Compatibility troubleshooter to no avail. Please help.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Unfortunately some Intel HD graphics cards won't support the Open GL 2.0 standard on the hardware and it can't be used on that computer. If you say the software is working normally when you undock, there may be a driver issue that needs to be addressed with Intel / Dell.
