unable to get software back

about 6 mos ago, my computer crashed. I had it fixed, but i can't seem to get my Hoyle Puzzle and Board Games software back. I don't know what the product key is. Any suggestions?:-Sick k

Software downloads are good for 90 days from purchase. If you did not purchase download insurance or a backup disk, you must call or email Customer Service to discuss your options.

Because this is an end user forum, we can't discuss sensitive customer data such as orders.
