When we could no longer access Mahjong from our computer after having run a malware removal program and CC Cleaner, I went to Mahjong "uninstall" and removed it from our computer altogether. How do I reinstall the CD? I can't even find the drawer on the screen after I reinsert the CD.
Help !!! I've hit a brick wall.

Does the Mahjong CD have the Sierra logo or the Encore logo on it?

If you are comfortable with the Windows Registry, if the program messes up to let you install properly remove the registry entries for the program

I am unable to run Mahjongg from my laptop with windows 8. I can get it to load, but it freezes with the initial game screen. I am unable to click on any of the tiles. The whole thing has like a ghost white top over it and it indicates that the little circle thing keeps spinning. Any help would be appreciated.
thanks

This program is not compatible with Windows 8. There will be no updates to address bugs on older software with new operating system.

I'm sorry if I'm so generic with my response however A lot of these programs don't meet the quality requirements to run under Windows 8 due to the changes in the operating system components.

Some people can run it and some cant and its due to variables in the different hardware on the market.

If you are looking for Mahjong to play consider Hoyle and Puzzle Board Games 2013 with Card Games or Hoyle Puzzle Board 2012 then you can get your mahjong fix.
