Hello,
I am having a problem with my Hoyle Casino game. Every time I try to click on the Player Services button or try to get one of my friends signed in to play with me the software crashes and takes me back to the Mac desktop. I tried uninstalling and installing again and again. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Knarr36,

Since I am only a volunteer moderator on this user-to-user forum, and since I am neither employed by nor connected with either Customer Service or Technical Support, I may not be able to help you. However, the problem you described sounds like your character profile may have become corrupt. This can happen because a game wasn't shut down properly or for a number of other reasons.

Following is one solution that is often recommended for that problem.

1. Navigate to the following folder:

Mac HD >> Users >> Your user name >> Library >> Application support

2. Send the Hoyle folder to the trash

3. Re-start the application. If the problem is not solved, navigate to the following folder:

Mac HD >> Users >> Your user name >> Library >> Preferences

4. Locate and delete all files that start with com.freeverse.hoyle.casino

5. Re-start the application. If the problem is not solved, please click on the link below

then follow the directions in that FAQ for contacting Technical Support.
